The MPAQ system is so easy to maintain that most times all you need is a quick assistance call. If the problem or question requires a more in-depth approach, we use the remote assistance link included in every one of our systems.
Our Remote Assistance Link connects us directly to your plant computer. Our technicians know concrete plants as much as they know computers and electronics. They can link with your plant for an immediate "virtual visit" to assist, troubleshoot, optimize, and observe actual batching.
