CCI Redi-MixMPAQ Batch, Dispatch and QuickBooks: the perfect combination
Overview
CCI Redi-Mix in central Illinois has been using the MPAQ TouchBatch and Insight Dispatch since 2017. It all started when CCI decided to look for alternatives to their automation vendor. Since then CCI has installed a total of nine TouchBatch systems and an Insight Dispatch.
Approach
The tight integration between batch and dispatch is a great advantage when it comes to entering, scheduling and dispatching orders from all plants.
Results
The dispatchers can also see in real time the level of cement inventory in each plant to anticipate when to call the cement company for a refill. At the end of each day, all tickets are sent from dispatch to the QuickBooks software to be invoiced.
